Overview
This settlement resolves allegations that Zoom shared unauthorized user information with third parties and should have done more to prevent unwanted meeting disruptions by third parties, violating California state and federal laws.
Eligibility
All Persons in the United States who, between March 30, 2016, and July 30, 2021, registered, used, opened, or downloaded the Zoom Meetings Application (“App”), except for (i) all Persons who have only registered, used, opened, or downloaded the Zoom Meetings App through an Enterprise-Level Account or a Zoom for Government Account.
Information is Required
In order for MCAG to submit a claim on your behalf, you will need to provide either (1) your claimant I.D. listed on the settlement notice that your organization should have received, or (2) your organization’s email address associated with your Zoom subscription.

There are no upfront fees—MCAG aligns its incentives with yours and charges a percentage of any recoveries obtained on your behalf. If no money is recovered for your organization from the Settlement(s), then MCAG will not charge or retain a fee.
