Overview
This settlement arose from allegations against Apple that a performance management feature diminished the performance of some devices.
Eligibility
Eligible Class Members include all former or current U.S. owners of iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, and/or SE devices that ran iOS 10.2.1 or later or iPhone 7 and 7 Plus devices that ran iOS 11.2 or later before December 21, 2017.
Information is Required
In order to have a claim submitted on your behalf please provide MCAG with a list of serial numbers for the devices listed, or a list of your Apple IDs.
