Overview
The lawsuits claim that the Defendants agreed to fix prices on tickets for air travel between the United States and Asia/Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands). As a result, ticket purchasers may have paid more than was necessary.
If your business purchased an airline ticket for travel originating in the U.S. to Asia or Oceania and the purchase was made between January 1, 2000 and December 1, 2016, then you may be eligible to receive a cash reimbursement from this settlement.
Tickets must have been purchased from one of the following Defendants:
Air New Zealand Limited; All Nippon Airways Company, Limited (ANA); China Airlines, Ltd.; EVA Airways Corporation; Philippine Airlines, Inc.; Cathay Pacific Airways Limited; Japan Airlines International (JAL); Malaysian Airline System Berhad; Qantas Airways Limited; Singapore Airlines Limited; Societe Air France; Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd.; or Vietnam Airlines Company Limited
