05/05/2009: AETNA ER Settlement Filing Complete
MCAG’s efforts to reach out to the select group of clients affected
by the AETNA ER HMO Settlement has been successful. While this action
was isolated to providers performing services in the state of Florida,
MCAG was able to quickly engage our clients and providers so that they
could file claims for this action.
We would like to congratulate all those who participated in this process.
In the coming months MCAG will monitor the settlement administration process
to ensure that all valid claims are paid. If you have any questions or
